His work includes advisory support for skill development in forest and tribal regions, designing and implementing training programmes, workshops, and development initiatives, and contributing to entrepreneurship, startups, and livelihood-oriented skill development models in ecologically sensitive and rural areas.

A former senior journalist, he brings deep insight into governance, legislative processes, and socio-economic development. Under his leadership, Anuchanam functions as a catalyst for innovation, skill development, and socially impactful academic initiatives, contributing to inclusive growth and nation-building.
